Chapel Bay is truly spectacular, in the grandest sense of the word. This grand Mediterranean style beach home is sitting on a lovely canal front, bulk headed lot, with a dock, the views from the three lovely living levels, do not disappoint. Walls of windows, offering a bright, spacious, and open floor plan, along with a large indoor/ outdoor pool, surrounded by sliding glass doors, spacious rooftop deck above the pool for entertaining or sunbathing, pool table, and Foosball, available year round, this home features nearly 6000 square feet of beautifully appointed rooms, all within just a short walk to the beach. Six bedrooms include two on the first floor that share a full bath, a large entertainment den with full bar, wine fridge, built-ins, and full size billiard table, with large flat screen TV, just off the pool. On the second floor you'll find the spacious family room, fully stocked kitchen, with breakfast area, a large great room, one king bedroom, and full bath in hall. On the top floor, the expansive master suite offers lovely views of the bay, large walk-in closet, spacious master bathroom with large jetted tub, shower, and double vanity. Two additional bedrooms with additional full baths in halls, one walk-through room with T/F bunk with T trundle, and an additional living / entertainment room with full size futon are also located on the third floor. Fireplaces are decorative only.

Saturday to Saturday 7 night stays only, from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Four night minimum stays available in the off season except for holidays.
*Linen Package includes: Sheets and pillowcases for all beds, 1 terry style bath mat for each bathroom, 4 kitchen towels, and bath sets for 18 guests. Bath set includes, 1 body towel, 1 face/ hand towel, & 1 washcloth. If you need extra blankets, pillows, or kitchen towels, please bring them with you. Beds will be made for you, the day you arrive.
Check in is no earlier than 3 pm. Our office closes at 5pm, so please arrive before 5pm for check in.
Check out is no later than 10 am. We can't make exceptions and appreciate your understanding.
Our office hours are Mon - Sat 9 am to 5 pm.
Homes are furnished and decorated to the individual Owner's taste. Beds come with bed spreads or quilts, and pillows, King beds come with three pillows, Queen, and Full size beds, come with two pillows, twins and trundles come with one. Trundles come with blankets (Bring your extra pillows and blankets if you need them!) Kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinnerware, coffee cups, glasses, utensils, small appliances including coffee pot, toaster, and blender.
