Villa Summer Heights, also known as MAT SUH, is a contemporary 6-bedroom villa located in South/Havers Hill within minutes of the beach and shopping. This hillside villa enjoys ocean panoramas and constant tradewinds.
A broad Mexican-tiled staircase leads to the sunny enclosed courtyard and expansive deck with a pool overlooking the sea. A gourmet kitchen and bar lies adjacent to a roofed poolside loggia, which serves as an outdoor dining area. A curved glass brick wall separates the kitchen from the spacious great room.
Along the deck from the great room are 4 bedrooms on 2 separate levels. Each bedroom is decorated in pastels or shell pinks. The 2 lower suites open onto a semi-shaded deck hung with a double hammock. The upper 2 bedrooms open to private balconies. Each suite features a sink-into king-size bed, cable TV, and ocean view.
At the opposite end of the pool is the Turtle Dove Suite, which opens out onto the pool deck through sliding glass doors. This bedroom has a king-size bed and bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a bidet, and large shower. The sixth bedroom with twin beds is accessed via an interior staircase and shares a bathroom with the Turtle Dove Suite below. Each bedroom is air-conditioned.
A deck with loungers surrounds the pool. This non-smoking house also has WiFi, high-speed Internet, an automatic generator, and intercoms. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for this property, which is occasionally visited by a cat.This villa requires a 7-night minimum stay during Thanksgiving (10 nights during the Christmas and New Year holidays) and a $500 security deposit.
Originally from England, the owners of this villa live in their own accommodations on the lower eastern side of the property. For more than 20 years, they have hosted guests on their beautiful 72-foot sailing yacht in the Caribbean.
