Villa Toa Toa, also known as MAT TOA, is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in South/Havers Hill within minutes of the beach and shopping. A road winds up into the breezy, green hills of Tortola's south coast to this stunning villa and to one of the island's most magnificent seascapes.
This property comprises 5 separate pavilions, including 3 units bordering the pool deck. The first pavilion features an outdoor dining area in a shady lanai, an adjoining country-style kitchen, a billiard room, and a gas grill on the pool deck, which is ideal for entertaining. The second pavilion houses the great room, which offers a wet bar, plush overstuffed sofas, eclectic teak pieces, and accent accessories gathered from around the world.
One of Toa-Toa’s four master bedroom suites is located in the second pavillion, directly above the great room. This bedroom features a 4-poster king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, and a balcony with an ocean view.
At the opposite end is the third pavilion with a second air-conditioned king suite; the third and fourth king bedroom suites are in two additional pavilions (one above, and one below, both are air conditioned), both easily accessible by steps from the pool deck. All four bedrooms are very spacious and well separated for serene privacy, and each offers its own individual mini-fridge, coffeemaker and a private covered balcony.
A deck with loungers frames the pool. This non-smoking house also has WiFi and high-speed Internet, an automatic generator, cable TV, fax machine, a gas grill, and beach chairs. This villa requires a 7-night minimum stay during Thanksgiving (10 nights during the Christmas and New Year holidays).
