Villa AnaCapri Estate, also known as MAT ACE, is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in North Shore-Cooten Bay within minutes of the beach and shopping. This Italian-style, 2-level villa enjoys cooling trade winds and a breathtaking view from its multiple decks and balconies.
Hand-blown Murano glass light fixtures from Italy, columns, eyebrow windows, framed photographs, and hand-carved mahogany furniture adds to the décor. The spacious great room on the main level comprises a dining area and a gourmet kitchen with top-flight appliances and granite countertops. The great room is also equipped with a 55-inch HDTV, satellite TV, and surround-sound speakers.
Large sliding glass doors open from the great room to a long covered veranda with chairs and a sofa facing the view of Rogues Point and Josiah's Beach. A powder room, laundry room and 2 bedrooms are located off the great room. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom and small private balcony.
A staircase, accented by locally crafted stained glass windows and woven tapestries, curves upstairs to the second floor, which has a large master bedroom and a home office with a pull-down queen-size Murphy bed. Sliding glass doors in the air-conditioned master suite open to a covered outdoor lounge with cushioned seating, which overlooks the pool and decks. A few stairs lead from the master suite veranda to the pool.
The grounds feature an herb garden (with 2 kinds of basil, lemon grass, spinach, and more) and banana, plantain, and papaya trees. A serpentine-tiled walkway threads through tropical plantings to another outdoor dining area. Stone steps lead down to a secluded patio with huge boulders and the fourth air-conditioned bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom.
A 2-tiered tiled sun deck, furnished with chaise lounges and a dining table under a roofed pavilion, surrounds the kidney-shaped saltwater infinity pool. The non-smoking house also comes with WiFi, beach accessories, a gas grill, and a complimentary welcome dinner.
