The villa’s garden level features a large, newly furnished living room with comfortable seating, a small desk/work space, TV and unsurpassed views of the sea. The private, air conditioned bedroom offers a queen sized bed with a floor to ceiling sliding windows opening to the sea view. A fully tiled bath and shower features an ample private changing area. The kitchen is complete with a full sized fridge, a stove, oven, microwave and all new cookware. The private covered dining deck has seating for 8 and a built-in gas BBQ and again a 180 degree view of the sea and islands beyond it.
The air conditioned penthouse level features a comfortable king-size bed with lounging area, a mirrored desk/vanity and TV. Large sliding glass doors open to the covered balcony with even more expansive views of the sea. The private bathroom is very spacious and offers a large shower, mirrored vanity and large, private changing area. The small kitchenette is equipped with a coffee-maker, toaster oven, cabinets and a small refrigerator.
This villa is among the most conveniently located, above and set back from the pool and very close to the lobby. However it is completely private, peaceful and quiet.
