As you enter the gates you are greeted with a beautiful tiled patio surrounding the 40 ft pool, which is located on the south side enabling the pool to get exposure to to the sun all day, keeping the pool a comfortable temp during season.
Once in the villa you are greeted with a well designed kitchen with new appliances, fully equipped.
The great room takes your breath away as you are looking directly over the ocean from all exposures. Open the Patio door and you get the full vista of the ocean and the surrounding islands, the fully tiled patio is ready for you to entertain.
There are two en suite bedrooms both with A/C. The master has a King with outside patio and wall to wall glass.
The second suite has a king which can be divided to two full beds, along with pull out couches. All linens are of the finest quality and bedding for the various set ups as required.
The Villa is very private and sits in two acres of lush vegetation and wonderful tropical plants and trees. Well maintained by a weekly gardener.
The border fence is safe and offers spectacular views of the crashing waves and the blow hole which is part of the property, the waves lull you to sleep as if you were on your own boat.
Long Bay Beach is a safe white sand beach with excellent snorkeling. It is just a few minutes walk from the Villa.
Local restaurants and fine dining abound in Tortola and rental of sailboats or excursions are close by.
