Villa Sunset Watch, also known as MAV SUN, is a 2-bedroom villa located in Beachside Nail Bay within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. This charming, gingerbread villa is comprised of 2 independent levels and enjoys views of the ocean and islands beyond.
The upper deck opens onto a large, L-shaped covered verandah with a sink-into sofa and armchairs, dining table with seating for 6 guests, and a hammock, which is ideal for reading or watching passing yachts. The compact, well-equipped pied-a-terre on this level has a gourmet kitchen with wine cooler, wet bar, and more. This space opens onto a small living area with view. Screened glass sliders lead out onto the veranda. The upper deck bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and outdoor shower.
On the lower deck, a shaded garden patio leads into a sitting room with a well-equipped kitchen area. A separate bedroom features a king-size bed, hand-painted mural, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub (with shower), and additional outdoor shower. The adjacent garden patio is equipped for outdoor dining. Since the upper and lower decks do not connect, the villa is not suitable for small children.
Just below is an expansive terrace with chaise lounges, umbrellas, and a swimming pool amid lush tropical landscaping. A few steps away from the pool deck is another spacious terrace with an outdoor canvas-roofed dining pavilion, gas grill, bar and bench seating, and additional chaises. A stone staircase leads from the gardens to Nail Bay Beach.
This non-smoking property also has satellite TV, WiFi, a fax machine, snorkeling gear, and sea kayaks (2 singles and 1 double). Guests may use the Nail Bay beaches, shared tennis court, and the community swimming pool at no additional charge.
This villa may be rented either as a 2-bedroom or as 2 independent 1-bedroom suites. Please ask your Wimco agent for special 1-bedroom rates. This villa requires a security deposit and 7-night minimum stay during Thanksgiving.
