Villa Sundowner, also known as MAV SDR, is a 1-bedroom villa located in Beachside Nail Bay within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping.
A private lane and a few stone steps lead down to a tropical garden and sun deck. Glass sliding doors open into the great room, which comprises the living area, indoor dining area, and kitchen.
Three steps up from the great room is a raised bedroom area, which has a sea view and a king-size bed. Adjacent to the bed is a dressing area, closet, and bathroom, which features a double-sink vanity and an adjoining rain shower enclosed in opaque glass and tile.
Located outside are the infinity-edge plunge pool with waterfall and the sun deck with cushioned chaise lounges, which is ideal for sunbathing. Underneath a covered section of the deck are a dining table, seating areas, a wicker bar, and a stainless steel gas grill.
A stone staircase, lighted at night, leads down to a shaded flagstone patio set with chairs right at the edge of the beach. A few steps from the stone patio, past seagrape trees, lead to the beach. The non-smoking house also has an automatic generator, fax machine, snorkeling gear, and sea kayaks (2 singles and 1 double).
All guests may use the Nail Bay beaches, shared tennis courts, and the community swimming pool at no additional charge. Guests may also patronize the bar and restaurant in Nail Bay. This fully air-conditioned villa requires a security deposit of $200.
