Kristen Yost is the Center Manager for the NovaCare Southampton clinic located in the Red Lion Plaza at 1805 Route 206. Kristen has been with NovaCare since 2009 and has honed her skills in rehabilitative process with hands- on techniques and the development of individualized exercise programs. Her main interests are orthopedic injuries, post-operative management, balance, vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. Kristen believes the best way to treat and understand her patients, is to stay active in their care and community by establishing relationships with local physicians to understand their treatment philosophies and their surgical techniques.

Kristen received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and Rutgers University. She actively volunteers throughout the community providing services to local organizations and is involved in numerous community outreach programs. She is certified in the Graston Technique?, an advanced method of soft tissue mobilization to decrease pain and increase function.

Kristen's Vision: "As a physical therapist I enjoy fully engaging each patient in the rehabilitative process to produce a more rewarding and successful outcome. By patient education and one-on-one encourgaement I empower each individual to take charge of their quality of life as they progress in the program and are rewarded by the results."
