Salem by Forest River, is a 2022 Luxury 36’ Bunkhouse Travel Trailer. Salem features a single slide, a private master suite upfront (Queen Bed), a private queen suite (Queen Bed) in the rear, 2 bunks for the kids, and two entry doors from the outside. Salem allows us to diversify our fleet and joins our Grey Wolf Bunk House Series Travel Trailers. Salem offers you plenty of room to accommodate all your family members and friends.
Salem is well suited to accommodate 10-12 people with sleeping accommodations in the front master bedroom, rear queen suite bunk room, the sofa/sleeper and the dinette sleeper. Enjoy the indoor electric fireplace for extra heat or for the ambiance.
You will quickly see that we take great pride and detail in our RV Rentals and are excited to share the stress- free environment with others. You will see we didn’t cut any corners to make this out to be your typical rental. Our standards are very high and it shows in the way we provide everything you need to have a very memorable, stress-free experience. You just need to bring your personal belongings, food and enjoy.

We are more than happy to make your stay the most relaxing and stress free by offering a Full Service Delivery.
We are able to deliver Salem to the campsite of your choice or to your home, or to make more room for your extended family and guest.
Delivery includes:
Setting up the camper inside and out and connecting all the utilities. We take care of dumping the tanks, disconnecting the utilities, and prepping Salem for it's return home. You simply clean, sweep, and dispose of all trash.

Must be returned clean in the same condition it was received in. Please take out all the trash, sweep all floors and remove your food, except the staples provided.
Propane does not need to be refilled.
Salem does not do well off road or on uneven ground. Therefore, Salem is not to be taken off-road in any way. Tires are checked and verified before each rental and the guest is responsible for any tire or other damage/repair.
Salem does have a GPS device attached to her so that we are able to find her if she gets lost.
$25 fee for pets.
While we do allow furry co-pilots (Dogs ONLY), you are still responsible for cleaning up after your pet, including hair/food/liquids/debris/etc... Additionally, you will be responsible for any damage caused by the pet! There is a $25 fee for pets.
Post Trip cleaning does not cover any sort of pet mess, excessive sand/dirt/mud, stains, rips, tears, missing/broken items or components, Etc... Extra cleaning needing will be charged against your security deposit.
Absolutely No one is allowed to access the roof for any reason. The roof is inspected before and after each rental. Be aware of all overhead obstructions. Damages to the roof and its components, can be very expensive.
Pick-up/Drop off times. We can be flexible if pre-arranged ahead of time. Specify what time works best for you and we will do our best to accommodate.
Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the RV, Including CANNABIS and their odors. Any smoking or vaping will result in a forfeiture of $300 from your security deposit and additional charges for cleaning/smoke mitigation.
