Our spacious RV can accommodate up to 10 people but comfortably sleeps 6-8. The master suite has a queen size bed, plenty of closet space, and its own attached bathroom with a stand up shower. The kid friendly bunk house is located on the opposite end and has a top bunk over a couch, and loft above its own full bathroom that has its own door to outside. The couch located in the main living area can be turned into a bed as well as the table. The living area includes a fireplace and ceiling fan perfect for any weather. Roku TVs placed in the living area, master suite, and bunk house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a larger than normal RV size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, stove, sink, and pantry. The kitchen will also be equipped with an air fryer, toaster, electric skillet, Keurig-with coffee pods, coffee mugs, pots, paper plates, plastic cutlery, napkins, paper towels, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, and trash bags for inside and outside use. There is plenty of cabinet spaces located in the kitchen and throughout the entire RV. Towels and bed linens are provided for both bedrooms and bathrooms.

Upon delivery, we will set up two area rugs outside each door, a table with a griddle, and two lounge chairs. Four additional camping chairs will be available in the pass through storage.

There is one awning that can be used and we ask be brought in if it is windy, raining, or when you leave the 5th wheel to insure no damage.

Upon departure, we would appreciate if you could please make sure all trash is taken out, all towels be placed in the showers, all TV remotes be retuned to their original places, and all used appliances and cooking utensils be washed and placed back as well.
