Important Items:


Cleaning: $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the RV is not returned in the same clean condition as when received.

Tank Emptying: $50 fee will be charged if the grey and black water tanks are not emptied by renters before return.


INSIDE: Knives, forks, spoons, bowls, plates, cups, moka pot, fresh towels, pillows and fresh sheets, cutting board, BBQ utensils, mixing bowls, microwave, pots & pans, scissors, toilet paper, trash can and trash bags.



OUTSIDE: 40-feet of sewage hose with clear fittings, 50-ft water hose, water filter,tire chocks, leveling blocks, spare tire.



You will need a 2 -inch receiver on your vehicle and round 7-pin connector. Ball size is 2-5/16.
