The Real Estate market Statistics for Single Family Homes in Valencia is out for the month of July. Sales are way above last year level. Active listing inventory is well below last year and is lower than the months before. The market is outpacing our current inventory. There were 67 new opened escrow. And total closed escrows for the year is 307 averaging 130 days on the market with the Average Listing Price of $516,000
