Unit 760 is a completely renovated two-bedroom/two-bathroom luxury-rated condominium with a private terrace overlooking beautiful Willow Park. This Mountain Modern designer-styled apartment features a spacious living area with hardwood flooring, a sandstone surround gas fireplace, a 55” flat-screen TV, and private terrace access. A spacious sectional sofa, occasional chair, coffee table, and dining table that seats 6 furnish the space.
The primary bedroom features a king bed with an en-suite bathroom that includes a double sink, granite top vanity, and a fully tiled walk-in shower with custom glass door. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and an adjacent bathroom with a granite top vanity and a fully tiled tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted flat-screen TVs and Willow Park views.
There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms and a custom-built cubby/storage bench in the entry along with a full-size washer/dryer in the unit. Complimentary high-speed internet, premium linens and towels, hairdryers, personal soap and shampoo, and daily maid service, are included.
**We would like to inform you that Riva Ridge will be undergoing a renovation of the front entrance to the building. This renovation is scheduled to start on September 3rd and is expected to be completed by mid-November. During this time, the main entrance will be inaccessible. However, we have arranged alternate access to the building to ensure your stays remains comfortable and convenient. Additionally, the hot tub, which is located at The Willows will be undergoing an enhancement starting September 16, 2024 and will be closed for approximately 6 weeks.**
Our full-service concierge is at your service to arrange dining reservations, ground transportation from Eagle or Denver, and food shopping services. Please note Riva Ridge South building and units do not have air conditioning. Parking is located in the underground garage below the Riva Ridge South building. Vail Village, a neighborhood in Vail, is home to this apartment. Vail Ski Resort and Beaver Creek Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda.
