The amazing views can be enjoyed from the huge 1000 sq. foot deck as well as the master bedroom adjacent screen room, or from inside the home on all three levels through the abundant glass.

You can bike, walk, hike and cross country ski in the surrounding countryside! More extensive activities can be found in the surrounding High Peaks Region.

This home is only 4 miles from the Whiteface Mountain Ski area so you can be on the slopes in minutes. Lake Placid and the Olympic Village -- where you can find many shops, restaurants, and activities -- are just a 15-mile ride away.

There are also plenty of wonderful local restaurants (Keene) and bars (AuSable Forks) nearby. Rivers, lakes, and streams can be found in every direction so you can enjoy boating, fishing, canoeing, or swimming.

Back at the house there is plenty of room to relax with over 3800 sq. feet of living space. The centrally heated and air-conditioned log home features a great room on the main floor with twenty-eight foot high ceilings and a full glass front to let in the views.

A fireplace with a large stone chimney creates a cozy atmosphere for all the guests. Adjacent to the great room is the dining room with plenty of seating, and a kitchen will all top of the line appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and settings you need. Also located on the main floor is the master bedroom suite with a king-size bed. The master bath has heated floors, his and hers sinks, a walk-in shower, a bidet, and a European style heated towel rack. There is also a half bath on the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with king-size beds and window day beds.

The second floor also has a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a heated towel rack. And the loft area has a guest PC. On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms -– the 1st bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin over Twin with Twin trundle bunks as well as a Twin over Full with Twin trundle bunk and can sleep, 8-10 kids. Both bedrooms have huge glass windows and french doors to take in the views. There is also a very large rec room with plenty of entertainment options.

The lower level comes with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a laundry room off the kitchen as well as another one downstairs. A 3 car oversized parking garage is provided for your convenience.
