Psychotherapy and counselling service based in Marlow (Buckinghamshire) offering in-person and online sessions. I work with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, panic attacks, stress, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem, as well as providing specialist support for adults and families affected by autism. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, combining talking therapy with somatic and body–mind approaches for emotional regulation. I also draw on EFT tapping and elements informed by CBT and EMDR approaches to trauma processing. I am an AXA-recognised therapist and work with clients using AXA health insurance as well as private self-referrals.
