I am technically skilled in lifting, sprinting and primal movements (such as squatting or lunging), Injury recovery and rehabilitation, and Treating or working with other physical problems which may inhibit movements, such as arthritis or chronic pain. I have been a coach and trainer for 12 years and am passionate about helping my clients develop and reach their personal goals. I started out as a semi-professional sprinter, and this understanding of the body and the work ethic and motivation it required led me to train first as a personal trainer and then as a rehab specialist.
