R Starkings Therapy is run by Rachel Starkings, a qualified psychodynamic therapist working with clients across Sussex and throughout the UK. A registered member of the BACP, she also holds membership with the British Psychological Society. Rachel is committed to offering a safe, supportive, and confidential space where clients can explore their concerns. Therapy is available for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship or family challenges, work-related stress, substance use, chronic or terminal illness, and neurodivergence.
