EscalateAI is a hybrid human agent / chatbot solution that provides Natural Language chatbots at virtually no cost. Our chatbots are built on any of the main vendor platforms and are omnichannel supporting web chat, voice, SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp and Slack. Escalate AI is developed by Tectonic which we started in 2011 as an IBM Business Partner selling on prem IBM software. Over the last few years we have transformed to be a cloud only business building all our software in Manila, The Philippines. Not only do we have world class facilities backed up by IBM Manila, but we are able to offer unbeatable value for bespoke development.

As part of our development, we have built Escalate AI from the ground up specifically for use with chatbots. It has been built for our client needs and as such is perfectly tuned to match real business needs. We continue to build and develop Escalate as our clients ask for new features.
