Emaar commences work on Off Plan Property In Dubai

Emaar Properties has announced that it has taken possession of the area for its next off plan property in Dubai. The Beach Vista Residences had a spectacular run this year as all 375 residences were sold out, grossing in Dh1 billion in total sales for the Dubai developer. Considered to be the beachfronts first residential project consisting of twin-towers of 33 storeys and 26 storeys, the successful launch of Beach Vista prompted the subsequent announcement of the Sunrise Bay resort.
