The Backyard Bayou

Our Cajun grill began the old-fashioned way: in our backyards. We love soul food, and we love our mix of Cajun and Asian cooking. Everything started when our group of friends and family would get together and cook up new favorites on the grill. Eventually we realized that we couldn’t keep our recipes to ourselves. They had to be shared – and the Backyard Bayou was born.
