So while deciding a stone for one’s engagement ring, one can think of which stone best describes their relationship with their significant other? Do they want to portray the relation as sacred through their rings? Or do they want their rings to be a symbol of their love?  Or do they want to bring harmony, compassion and hope into their unity? Or simply just signify a forever through a diamond ring? Choosing an engagement ring based cut, clarity, band type, stone – shape and size makes sense, but that’s the superficial aspect of one’s rings. Choosing rings based on their meaning and effect is what brings the significance and importance to the engagement.
