Located on Tybee Island’s North End, 37B has a spectacular view of the ocean (Savannah River Entry) and Hilton Head, access to lighted tennis courts, pool facilities, and gas grill, with picnic area. The owners took their time to make sure this unit has everything needed for a great vacation. Located on the 2nd floor the view of the beach is amazing, from the wonderful porch you can access from both the living room and master bedroom. The living room features cable TV, sliding glass door going out to private balcony and open dining room area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel like you are at home. Full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware and washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king bed with private master bath, TV and sliding glass door that leads out to your private covered 7 X 35 deck, with views of the water. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and access to private bathroom. Covered parking for 2 vehicles.

Located in Tybee Island, this condo is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Tybee Island Beach and Coligny Beach. Tybee Island Marine Science Center and Tybee Island Fishing Pier and Pavilion are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and cycling nearby.
