All surfaces are disinfected between guests. This unit has its own private porch entry. We have a no-contact check in and check out process.
Key Lime Condo in Coral House. 1/2 block to the beach --- Tybee Island's wide white-sand beach. Large porch. Privacy fence.
This apartment is on two levels. On the ground level is a king bedroom, a living/kitchen area, and a bathroom. A spiral stairway leads from the living area to the loft where you will find a queen bed and a balcony overlooking the back yard. This is not a large condo and is not for large groups. For maximum comfort we have limited occupancy to 4 people.
The loft and balcony are on the middle level of the house. Another apartment is above. We have provided sound insulation between the apartments, but loud noises and heavy footsteps can still carry from above.
A beach access ramp is at the end of our block. The ramp crosses about 50 feet of dunes and ends on the beach. Just as close is another beach access where you are allowed to walk a path through the dunes to the beach.
Located in Tybee Island, this apartment is near the beach. Shoppers can check out Coligny Plaza, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Tybee Island Beach and Coligny Beach. Tybee Island Marine Science Center and Tybee Island Fishing Pier and Pavilion are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking nearby.
