PROVIDENCIALES BEACHES WERE VOTED NUMBER 'ONE' IN THE WORLD!!!! WE ARE LOCATED JUST MINUTES AWAY FROM GRACE BAY BEACHES................. The property is lined with many palm trees and island foilage. The pool and the water fall provide a relaxing and peaceful environment. There is a 35 foot dock by the canal along with a boat ramp for easy access to enter the canal for swimming or kayaking. The outdoor kitchen features granite counter tops and a large stainless steel grill with side burner and sink, perfect for a BBQ.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom and shower. The two other bedrooms have a queen size bed and a king size bed with shared bathroom. This bathroom has a washer and dryer. Upper decks and patios with screen in porches which provide a nice view of the ocean and canal.
On the upper level you have the kitchen, living room and dining room, with a half bathroom , full screened in porch on the canal side with the front of the house having an open terrace with view of the ocean, this terrace is great for sun bathing, reading or just relaxing while enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
The property is just minutes away from supermarkets, gas stations, local beaches or the well known Grace Bay beaches and restaurants. We are approximately 10 minutes from the airport.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Discovery Bay, a neighborhood in Providenciales. Turtle Cove and Turk’s Head Brewery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit The Regent Village Shopping Mall and Salt Mills Plaza. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
