The main living area features an open floor plan for easy entertaining and enjoying time with family and friends. There is a fireplace in the living area along with and HD TV with Dish and Internet. The living area also features to French style doors that open up to a side covered patio with a patio table and chairs featuring seating for four and the best views in Catalina!

The kitchen boasts a cooking island with glass stove top and large prep area. You can also seat additional guests at the counter or enjoy an easy breakfast or brunch.

The home has two wings that surround the central living area, moving to the west wing of the home you will find an office center complete with two large screen monitors and full size keyboards, perfect to plug your laptop/s into. The home also has WIFI throughout. 

As you move past the business center you will find the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination, double vanity sink, and plenty of extra linens and storage. Further down the hall you will find the guest bedroom with a large queen bed and Smart TV along with plenty of space for your things in two nightstands with reading lamps, dresser and wall closet.

The second guest bedroom is located at the end of the hall and also features a queen bed, two nightstands with reading lamps, dresser, and Smart TV.

The eastern wing of the home is located down the hallway directly to the left of the front entrance. Here you will find the large laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and extra storage. Moving to the end of the hall and to the right you will enter the master suite.

The master suite has a King bed, Smart TV, and access to the back patio and pool, there is also a private fireplace island that can be enjoyed from both the sleeping area and bath.

The bathroom has a garden tub, and a separate walk in shower. There is a private toilet, and huge walk in closet with built in shelving. 

The indoor accommodations are sure to deliver, but what makes this home a true stand out is its location!
