Answer: Yes it has a heater with thermostat and it runs on AC and propane.
Question: When is your camper available
Answer: Please see the calendar availability on the website for the dates you're interested in. Put in the dates you would like and a calendar will display with availability.
Question: Does your camper have a hitch and what size?
Answer: RENTAL INCLUDES load leveling hitch with ball. YOU WILL NEED a class 3 or greater, 2 inch square receiver on your vehicle.
Question: Is insurance required to rent the camper?
Answer: Yes, insurance is provided through the website and is required to protect our investment
Question: Can I use my own insurance company?
Answer: No, we are not familiar with your policy and the details related to your policy.
Question: Is a brake controller required to tow RV?
Answer: YES, a brake controller is required, however RV owner can provide (WIRELESS) controller for use with 7 pin round connection on your vehicle for addl fee. Trailer CANNOT be safely or legally towed without the use of a brake controller.
Question: What can I use when I'm not connected to power and water?
Answer: The camper has one battery and 2 large propane tanks. Battery will provide power to lights, water pump. The Propane tanks will provide fuel for water heater, heater, and refrigerator (when not using electric for refrigerator) Stove, and Oven. The Microwave, and Heating and Cooling system will require you to use generator(can be provided for additional fee) or you can use an exterior power source. (Campground power hookup)
Question: How long will battery & water last without a connection?
Answer: Battery & water will last about 2 days if used conservatively. Battery will recharge when connected to external power source, or to your vehicle.
Question: Does your camper have a generator?
Answer: No. However a generator can be provided for an daily use fee (see pricing for details).
Question: Are pets allowed?
Answer: Yes, however there is a non refundable deposit
Question: Do you have a patio awning?
Answer: Yes, Awning is fixed to RV and is electrically deployed but must be retracted for wind and wet weather.
