Enjoy the many amenities this property has to offer: floating dock / direct access to the lagoon in backyard; five kayaks (two of which are junior size) with four life vests included; floating mat; fire pit with seating for eight; corn-hole set; outdoor furniture set; outdoor grill (propane tank provided) and three levels of deck! The third level deck on the roof offers amazing views of the bay and surrounding area!
The house itself is tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts of home: dual zone air conditioning; flat screen TVs; two sliding glass doors; open concept second floor balcony overlooking living room; abundance of natural light; ceiling fans; gas fireplace in living room; laundry room with washer and dryer; modern kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and honed granite countertops. Kitchen features all the primary kitchen needs: utensils, cups, bowls, plates, wine glasses, coffee maker; microwave; toaster. We provide all the linens and towels, including eight beach towels. And the house size is approximately 2,500 square feet: plenty of room for your party!
