The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and dining ware to cook a Thanksgiving feast, amid the granite countertops, and state of the art appliances.
Enjoy barbequeing on the gas grill on the top deck. You’ll love the spaciousness of our interiors, open floor plans, vaulted wood ceilings, hot tub, and gas fireplace.
In the summer months, you’ll especially enjoy relaxing on our two back decks, playing lawn games, horseshoes in the pits, enjoying the sand volleyball court, or sitting amongst the trees reading your favorite book.
The yard has a view of the beautiful landscape, tall pines of the Sierras.
There is extra parking to accommodate your boat trailer or off road vehicles, in addition to a double driveway.

Taxes of 12% are required on all rentals and $175 departure cleaning fees. For your protection we ask that you purchase thru VRBO the $59 for property coverage insurance. Three-night minimum stay required on all holiday weekends. Holiday rate includes any week with: New Years / MLK / Presidents / Easter / Memorial / July4th / Labor / Thanksgiving / Christmas / Special Events (contact us for more information).
