Dr. Coggins has been practicing at Torrington Animal Hospital for over 20 years. She grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Winsted, Connecticut. Dr. Coggins pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut, earning her degree in 1983. She then went on to earn her DVM from Cornell University in 1987. Shortly after, Dr. Coggins joined the team at Torrington Animal Hospital.

Dr. Coggins loves the variety of a general practice and enjoys working together with her clients to provide a long lasting, healthy and enjoyable human-pet relationship.
