Altek is a Veteran-owned, full service manufacturer of low to medium volume printed circuit board and higher level assemblies including chassis, boxes and control panels. We currently manufacture over 500 different products. Our emphasis on small to medium volume and high mix allows us to satisfy the needs of sophisticated OEM's. Altek is committed to quality as evidenced by our AS9100C certification which includes all aspects of ISO9001:2008. We certify our soldering operators to IPC-610 Class 3 and the J-Standard. Our cable and harness operators are certified to IPC-620.
We know that we can’t raise external costs, so we use continuous flow manufacturing principles to lower our internal costs. This helps us to maintain competitive pricing for our valued customers.
Altek is a member of two prestigious industry associations, the IPC Association and the Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA). We are also registered with the State Department and maintain an Export Control Program to support customers in the defense industry.
