Job Interview is a key point for hiring. Any resume and recommendations can’t be replaced by live communication with the candidate for the vacant post. Head of the company, employer, the director of the company - he is a man, and he will still "vote by the heart" whatever your initial conditions are. It is important to take care of that the impression would not hurt you to find your dream job.
Interview is the best way to demonstrate to the employer your best qualities. Job Interview is much more flexible form of employee verification, than, for example, questionnaires or tests. You must use this flexibility for the benefit.
Nevertheless, the fear of the interview is typical for most candidates. The reasons are clear. After all, most often we are afraid of is the unknown
If you experience anxiety before the interview, try to put yourself in a more or less stable equilibrium. It is imperative to preserve the strength and nerves. Fear in any case should not be depressing. After all, the constant anxiety brings different kinds of restrictions to our lives, causes a feeling of depression, it destroys self-confidence. And then, it’s not good to appear in front of the bright eyes of the employer's in bad mood, without believing in yourself. It is unlikely that you will interest someone then.
But there are times when you may encounter unexpected and seemingly harmless questions such as "What did you eat for breakfast?", etc. Thus, employer may want to know your lifestyle and how you spend your time.
If you are asked about your strengths, say that is directly related to the proposed work. When you are asked about the weaknesses, mention only those defects which are an extension of your strengths, again related to work.
It is important to make the strategy of all of your responses more concentrated on the work that you are looking for, and your ability to cope with it, and it does not matter what questions you will encounter during the interview. But answering them, try not to over-estimate your merits, holding forth in a boastful manner about you as a wonderful worker. It is important to comply with the measure.
