Brand new awning. Brand new tires, including spare. BRAND NEW blackout shades throughout. SLEEPS 10. Master bedroom, bunk house with three beds, additional sleeping in living/dining area. Full bathroom. Space to plug in your small appliances in the rear compartment to create your own outdoor cooking space. Fully-equipped kitchen, cookery & eatery supplies. All clean linens included: kitchen, bathroom, bedding. Full bedding provided for 6 (queen, full, and 2 twin bunks). Some extra bedding may be provided. The kitchen has everything you need! Starter consumable supplies also provided. RV delivery/setup/pickup available within 150 miles; dumping included with delivery at no additional charge. Will consider longer distance delivery for an additional charge.

Almost 12 feet tall. Not for areas or roads with low-hanging trees. Must have a 3/4 ton or larger vehicle to tow and/or experience towing a trailer of this size.

Cleaned after each use:
1) Interior completely cleaned and sanitized.
2) ALL linens washed regardless of use in hot water; whites bleached.
3) ALL dishes and silverware washed and sanitized regardless of use in a dishwasher on highest heat settings and heat dried.
4) Cookware re-washed as needed.

Note: Electrical outlets, microwave, entertainment, A/C only work when plugged into city power, or when running the generator. Generator one-time charge per trip for unlimited use.

Trailer does have some cosmetic damages due to usual wear and tear for its age (7 years) and some hail damage on two sides. Rental prices take these into consideration.
