Heidi, clinic director of Keystone Physical Therapy in Titusville, is a licensed physical therapist assistant and nationally certified personal trainer. She has over 12 years experience as a PT assistant in outpatient, acute care, rehab, transitional care and skilled nursing, and has been teaching health and fitness for the past 22 years. Heidi is also the author of "Focus on Fitness", a weekly column in the Titusville Herald.

Heidi and her team focus on the prevention and treatment of a variety of health issues for people of all ages offering physical therapy, as well as one-on-one personal training, and individualized wellness programs.
