Nestled on 150 acres. 5 miles from Titusville.
Lots of wild life and beautiful sunsets.
Plenty of room for biking and hiking.
Located on original family farm and farmhouse dating back to 1923.
The house was completely "gutted" and remodeled in 2018 for my handicap son who was in a wheelchair. It is completely accessible, including a built in overhead lift in the bedroom and a custom tile roll in shower.
Attached garage can accommodate two cars, or a wheelchair van.
Handicap entrance is from garage. Front porch wraps around two sides of the house and is also accessible.
Note: there are stairs from porch to front walkway, and kitchen is not set up for a person in a wheelchair to cook.
Titusville is home to this farm stay. Drake Well Museum and Venango Museum of Art, Science and Industry are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Gerard Trailhead and Gerard Hiking Trailhead. Queen Cutlery and Great Eastern Cutlery are also worth visiting.
