The unit is two levels with a queen bed with ensuite bathroom/laundry room and living room (sofa bed) on the first level. Upstairs has a large second living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom with king bed, third bedroom with a bunk bed-full & twin bed, full bathroom to share, and a lovely deck off the back to enjoy the beautiful weather.

This townhome is privately owned & rented and in no way affiliated with Owl's Nest Resort's own rental program, however, it is located inside the resort.

The fitness center and outdoor pool is shared with other guests in Owl's Nest Resort.
The golf course and restaurant are open to the public and tee times are required. The golf season ends November 1st.
There is also platform tennis, pickleball, and tennis available to play, reservations are required and can be booked on the resort website!
