Complimentary Towels, Sheets, Washcloths, & Blankets will be ready upon your arrival. Given COVID-19 concerns, we've also double-downed on our standard cleaning routine for all surfaces, switches, counters, and doorknobs to ensure the safety and security of guests.

The two bedrooms on the second floor are equipped with portable air-conditioners.

We are pet-friendly. You're welcome to bring up to one pet during your stay. Please refer to the Pet Policy below.
Other House Rules include:

Adults must be at least 25 years of age to make the reservation.

Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and must show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood.

Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Please ensure that the cigarette butts are disposed of properly if your party smokes outside the property.

No parties or events.

Zero tolerance for any illegal drug use while at the unit or on its grounds. If it is found that illegal drugs are used on-premises, you will be immediately asked to leave, and escorted off the premises and all money paid will be forfeited (including the security deposit).

No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people.

Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

Quiet time from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the living/dining area.

Please take responsibility and keep a close eye on children while being on the deck, staircase, fireplace, fire pit, and other areas which are less child-friendly.

A refundable security deposit of $200 will be charged per reservation. Any cost which is incurred due to damage to the property, signs of smoking, and not adhering to the house rules will be deducted from the security deposit.

There is no dishwasher in the unit. Please ensure that any used dishes are washed before checkout.
Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at our home at an additional fee of $75 per reservation.

Please don’t let the pet up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds.

Guests are permitted to bring 1 pet unless the host agrees in advance to more.

The pet must be well-trained and should not be left unattended in the home.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up any and all pet refuse, as well as cleaning before he/she comes indoors.

Guests must bring their own towels and disposable bags for their pets.

Guests must carry their own pet bed. Evidence of any pet soiling/damage on the bed or bedding may incur extra cleaning or replacement fees.

Pets should not be allowed on beds and as far as possible stay outside the bedrooms.

As responsible pet owners, Guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the pet or suffered by any person during the stay.

Guests understand that they will be charged accordingly for the repair of any damages, additional cleaning requirements, or flea treatment caused by the pets' presence or behavior.

Located in Thornton, this vacation home is in the mountains. Silver Center for the Arts and Plymouth Historical Society Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Owl's Nest Resort & Golf Club and Welch Mountain and Dickey Mountain Loop Trailhead. Rhino Bike Works and Waterville Valley Ice Arena are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling.
