Attention has been given to every corner of this trailer! Upgrades include custom shiplap, deco wallpaper, subway backsplash, posh paint and even a barn door has been added to create a modern yet warm atmosphere. Trailer includes a warm electric built in fireplace and convenient electric awning. Find room to spread out in this spacious living room area which includes an island, great for happy hour. Our goal is to provide a clean and elevated experience where you won't miss staying in a boutique hotel! If you book 4 nights or more we provide a special welcome gift.

FLEXIBILITY
Pick your view! You have options.
Option 1: You can rent our trailer at its primary private location in Temecula Wine Country and set up is provided in our beautiful backyard, 5 miles to nearly every desirable winery. The view is unbeatable, and you may even get to see hot air balloons early in the morning.
Option 2: You can have the trailer delivered to one of 3 customer reserved camping spots at nearby Lake Skinner, Vail Lake KOA or Pechanga RV Resort. We handle all delivery and setup for a reasonable fee so you don't have to.

AMENITIES
Travel trailer comes with standard kitchen utensils such as silverware, cups, mugs, plates and pots. A Keurig coffee maker has been provided for your morning perk. Main television in living room includes Roku availability but will need WiFi connection to operate. No cable unless provided by campground. AM/FM/BLUETOOTH radio available. 1 roll of RV friendly toilet paper is provided for 3 night stay, 2 rolls for 4+ nights. Please only use suitable toilet paper designed for trailer tanks.

ON-SITE RENTAL in Temecula Wine Country
Sip on some wine while you bask in the view of rolling hills and vineyards on this 2.5 acre property. Don't sleep in too long or you might miss out on seeing the hot air balloons painting the morning sky. Please keep in mind this backyard area is shared with homeowners and a Blink security system does monitor the exterior property. Free parking is available for a single vehicle. This Wine Country private camping area does require a site fee of $125.00. A designated outside area will be prepared for you near the fireplace with one large rug, two chairs and one lantern.

OFF-SITE RENTAL AND DELIVERY
Delivery and pick up is a one time fee of $125.00. Trailer is not available for self transport at this time. Trailer is solely available for delivery at Lake Skinner, Vail Lake, Hemet Golden Village Palms Resort and Pechanga. Reservations at campground must be handled and paid for by customer and details provided to host. Hook up sites are preferred, but a gas/propane generator is available for an additional fee per night for camp sites with no hook ups. Campground outdoor set up includes large rug, one foldable table and foldable chairs.
