Hello and thank you for expressing interest in our home away from home.

Our beautiful trailer is perfect for a small family and features a variety of amenities; including:
- a modern and spacious floor plan with slide out
- a comfy queen size bed (private master suite)
- two large bunk beds for adults or children.
- full kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and oven
- additional outdoor kitchen area
- automatic awning and outside speakers
- TV (setup to be able to connect to the campgrounds WiFi service or your own hotspot device)
We are located in Temecula, CA and offer delivery and set up (within 50 miles) for an additional fee.

We provide almost everything you need:
- 2 camping chairs
- 1 large porch mat
- Trash can with bags
- 2 rolls of paper towels
- 2 rolls of RV toilet paper
- Kitchen supplies (plastic ware, cookware, silverware)
- 1 Keurig machine and K-cups 
- 4 bath towels
- 1 guaranteed full propane tank 
- 2 sets of linens and blankets for the beds


We try to make the rental process as easy as possible! We provide a clean and sanitized trailer for each booking.

Additional notes and rental rules:
- Local rentals have a 2 night minimum.
- Trips over 50 miles have a 3 night minimum.
- $75 dump fee if trailer is returned and black / grey tanks are not emptied 
- Pick up, delivery and drop off times may vary; as such, we're flexible with renters. 
- $500 refundable security deposit.
- Renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid drivers license.
- Tow vehicle must be equipped to handle the type of trailer you are renting and must have a brake controller.
- Must tow at safe posted speed and obey state traffic laws.
- Military and first responder discount 10% off daily rate.
- Small pets allowed ($25/ nightly pet fee)
- Absolutely NO smoking ($250 smoke damage fee)
- No climbing on roof.
