Attached garage, large concrete patio with plenty of seating. covered back deck with gas grill, and Campfire ring (chairs & roasting sticks in shed along with cornhole)
*Seasonal private outdoor inground pool (open Memorial to Labor day)
Local favorites Crosstown Creamery diner & ice cream, Manchester Winery, Pap's pizza and Footsteps in the Past (wood signs). Under 30mins to Hocking Hills State Park. 15mins to Circleville, think Pumpkin Show (3rd Wed-Sat in October) Convenient location to both Lancaster and Chillicothe for a wide selection of restaurants and entertainment.

Shared driveway, no packages or mail allowed to be delivered to guests. Please pay attention to private property signs
Pool Rules-
-Swim at your own risk.
-No diving on shallow side.
-Children must be supervised by an adult who can swim at all times
-Never swim alone
-No food or drinks in the pool, please clean up after yourselves
-Pool open 10AM-10PM (this allows for maintenance)
1 small dog for an extra $50. Must be crated when not in the home to prevent damages. Please clean up any "messes" your dog left behind, including any excessive dog hair before you check-out.
