Restaurant Description
The legend of the Coquina Blue goes back many years to an island in the tropics where coquina shells covered every inch of the sand. On certain nights, when the moon was in the right position, it would cast a light on the beach, turning all of the coquina shells blue. At this magical moment the rushing of the waves harmoniously sand with the cool gentle breezes, and the palm trees swayed back and forth, their coconuts beating together like the sound of drums.
