Beautiful newly remodeled ranch home that sits on 100 acres of private land within minutes of Winter Park Ski Resort and Granby Ranch. This amazing property has a new 7 person common area hot tub with stunning views of Winter Park Resort and the Continental Divide! The living area has large windows for unobstructed views. The master bedroom features a queen bed and an attached 3/4 bathroom that includes a shower. The loft bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over a full and a roll-out trundle bed under the full bunk. Also located in the loft area is a sitting area, lots of books and toys.

The Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and an island for seating and preparing food.

The living room and dining area have an open layout. The living area and master bedroom have 4D flat-screen televisions, satellite television.
New appliances and a mix of antique and new furniture make for a unique vacation stay.

15 minutes to Winter Park Resort, 45 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park, onsite fishing, and 5 minutes from Pole Creek Golf Course.

This is a triplex building, one building with three units in the building. Each unit has its own private entrance, private deck and private bbq grill. The only shared amenity is the communal hot tub, which is shared with the three units.

We follow policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards outlined by VRMA, WHO and the CDC for Covid-19. Our cleaners sanitize each property before your stay.

We do not guarantee that the hot tub or other common area amenities will be open for your use during your stay due to the State of Colorado regulations regarding the Corona Virus.
