Very nice, modern and bright flat in a quiet and central residential area near the adventure pool ‘Bogn Engiadina Scuol’. The beautiful old part of the village ‘Scuol-sot’ with its picturesque Engadine houses and the local bus and ski bus stop are only a few minutes' walk away.
The bright living room is equipped with a Swedish stove (wood is available) and a flat-screen TV with satellite reception. From here you can access the south-facing balcony (8 m2) with a fantastic view of the old part of the village and the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher and an espresso coffee machine (Tassimo capsule system). The 2 spacious bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds with quality mattresses and slatted frames. Two sanitary rooms (1 x bath/WC/sink + 1 x shower/WC/sink) contribute to the high level of living comfort. Of course, guests have a reserved garage space in the car park and free WLAN at their disposal.

Located in Scuol, this apartment is in the mountains. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Swiss National Park Centre and Engadin Valley, while Not dal Mot Park and Nauderberg Castle are cultural highlights. Nationalparkszentrum Zernez and Goldwasser Adventure Park are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the ice skating.
