Beautiful and cosy 3 1/2 room flat on the 1st floor of a beautiful Engadine house.
This holiday flat is very centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from the shops, restaurants and the Bogn Engiadina mineral baths. Optimal connections to the local bus which takes you directly to the Motta Naluns ski area. It is also in a very quiet location (the neighbourhood street ‘Vi’ is closed to all traffic from 10.00 pm). The cosy south-facing balcony is the perfect place to unwind.
A bright living room with a large window front and underfloor heating awaits you here. Modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, bathroom with rain shower, WC, washbasin and own washing machine with integrated tumble dryer. Nespresso coffee machine (capsules available in Scuol), flat-screen TV with Swisscom reception, free WLAN and much more.
Please note that there is no parking space available in this holiday flat. You can park your car in the chargeable (CHF 20.00.- per week) car park near the apartment building (approx. 80 m = 2 minutes walk).

Located in Scuol, this apartment is in the mountains. Not dal Mot Park and Nauderberg Castle are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Tarasp Castle and Bell Tower of Curon. Swiss National Park Centre and Nationalparkszentrum Zernez are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as ice skating.
