About this space
This is a Loft style lower/basement level of my house. I've made it available because it gives us an opportunity to host guests even when we are not traveling. It is self-contained (no shared spaces) with its own separate entrance from the back of the house, a large kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom/shower, a queen-size bed, and a full-size bed. A large entertainment center with tv, sectional sofa, a dining room table, plenty of closets.You get an entire self contained bottom floor.

Other things to note
if you require quiet, this place is not for you.
We have kids and a life so there is bound to be some noise during the day. By 9pm kids are in bed and things are quiet, when back to school starts there is going to be some foot traffic in the morning & for sure goings ons during the day. I call my listing family home and if you dont like children, my home wont be a good fit for you.
Swampscott is home to this vacation home. Salem Witch Museum and Museum of Science are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Encore Boston Harbor and Boston Harbor. Check out an event or a game at TD Garden, and consider making time for New England Aquarium, a top attraction not to be missed.
