Each side has porch rockers, picnic table, enclosed o/s shower with h/c water, dressing area. Wood/charcoal brick grill and propane gas grill--guests provide their own fuel--available at nearby Food Lion.
Parking for 14 cars, 7 per side. In Holden Beach, on street parking is not allowed. Large, well furnished pool with umbrellas for exclusive use by Avalon East and West guests. Pool open 4/1 to 10/31. Heating will be provided with a propane surcharge.
For groups up to 12, rent one side. For weddings, family reunions, large groups up to 24, book both sides! This allows for plenty of private space for large groups. Kitchen doors connect, so you have 2 full kitchens for use.
Bed linens and departure cleaning are included on full week rentals. Weekly rentals are from Sat.-Sat. Partial rentals might be available based on schedule. Contact property manager.
