Now Ocean Club members! Country club membership is available for a 150 fee to the Marriott Resort for your entire stay for up to 4 people (the Marriott charges hotel guests 35 per day for the same privileges): Shuttle service, On Site Restaurants and Bars, 3 additional pools, 2 hot tubs, plus golf, tennis, pickleball, and a fitness center. Golf privilege green fees including cart are 75 for 18 holes or 55 for 9 holes per player. We have our own heated pool and beach access if you choose not to join.
Tucked away on South Hutchinson Island, the Treasure Coast's 16 mile lush
barrier island, is a unique resort that greets guests with the
warmth of true southern hospitality. The IRP Marriott Resort stretches across 200 acres of Hutchinson Island, bordered on one side by the clear Atlantic Ocean and on the other by the shimmering Indian River. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo with sleeper sofa has a Caribbean feel with a colorful interior. Kitchen is fully equipped.
New and better WiFi! Located on the third floor with two balconies for unobstructed views of the ocean and next to the Tiki hut bar and restaurant. The beach is just steps away.
Renter must sign up and pay at the golf shop for the membership cards it is currently (may change) $150/family. I do require a contract and photo ID.
*There will be concrete work will be performed at Spoonbill this fall hopefully ending by late September/early October. UPDATE: construction is still ongoing.
There will always be access to the pool and elevator. Work can occur Monday
through Friday 8am-5pm.
There are days it will be quiet and days it will not be. Each day noise or disruption may vary depending on the specific work of that day. If your plans are to spend days going to the beach and/or exploring the area then the disruption may not affect you. If your vacation preference is staying in the condo sitting on the balcony or you plan to work from the condo during the day then you might want to reconsider your vacations plans.

Located in Stuart, this condo is next to a golf course and on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Seabranch Preserve State Park and Walton Scrub Preserve, while Elliott Museum and The House of Refuge Museum are cultural highlights. The Children's Museum of the Treasure Coast and Sailfish Splash Waterpark are also worth visiting.
