Nestled among the trees on 26 acres, this cozy 700 square foot cabin offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. A 1/4-mile wooded driveway leads to this charming retreat, where you can relax on the porch swing or take a nap in the hammock while watching deer and turkey.
Filled with games and books, this cabin is perfect for those rainy days. Located just 2 miles from the Quemahoning Reservoir, you'll be minutes away from fishing, mountain biking, kayaking, and paddleboarding. The Laurel Highlands area offers plenty of outdoor adventures, including visits to the Flight 93 Memorial and nearby state parks. You're also just a short drive from Laurel Mountain Ski Resort, Seven Springs, and Hidden Valley.
Please note, this cabin is rustic and has been updated with modern amenities, but does not have a TV or WiFi. There is cell service, but we encourage you to disconnect and immerse yourself in nature during your stay. The loft area is off limits to guests and the spiral staircase leading up to it is not to be used.
The driveway is dirt and gravel and requires an AWD or 4x4 vehicle during the winter months. Drive slowly and enjoy the scenic journey up the small gravel hill to the cabin.
Absolutely no pets are permitted in the cabin.

Located in Stoystown, this cabin is in a rural area and in the mountains. Somerset Historical Center and Arcadia Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Quecreek Mine Rescue Site and Somerset Courthouse. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
