There is a slide out for the dinette and couch extension and there are double full size bunks in the back and a "master" in the front with a queen (closable doors). TV with DVD options for convenience. The table converts into a bed and couch folds out to a bed. It has an a/c, heater, refrigerator/freezer, and indoor/ outdoor stereo. It is ready to go with a fully stocked kitchen - table setting for 8 - along with all the pots/pans/utensils and coffee mugs. The water tank can be filled upon request.

Linens (sheets/pillows - for 3 full beds to sleep 6, towels - bath (4) and kitchen(2), pack and play, camping chairs, two full propane tanks and a generator (91 octane gas will need to be supplied by renter) are included.

Colemen outside stove included for entertaining outside and a french press coffee maker help you to get out the door quickly and start enjoying the outdoors.

A $150 cleaning fee if not returned clean and waste tanks dumped. Linens do not need to be washed.

Dry weight is 5,371 (7,600 loaded) lbs . EZ-hitch sway bar towing assembly for confidence in pulling. A trailer brake is required for towing.
