Additionally, this condo has a furnished balcony that overlooks the pool and is accessible from both the living area and the primary bedroom.

The main bedroom feature a TV, balcony access, and an attached bathroom while the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, plus an additional full bathroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort, and the living room features a sofa bed if you need extra sleeping space.

Parking notes: Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking pass(es) will be issued at check in and must be displayed in front wind-shield at all times during stay.

PARKING – We can guarantee one parking spot per unit. Please call us to inquire about getting a second parking pass. Sometimes we can do it but sometimes spaces are all taken so additional parking permits are not guaranteed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
